I have been to the 1310 NW 18th Ankeny location several times and I have noticed how unprofessional the store manager Derek is. I have witnessed him being rude to staff, especially the non-white employees in front of customers. He called the older lady that worked in the kitchen slow in a derogatory way. His work attire is always hanging off of his butt or his belly is showing. I have witnessed him scratching his butt, lower back while in the kitchen and not even washing his hands. Derek has also been noted being inappropriate to male customers and employees by winking and blowing kisses. I overheard some evening employees talking about how Derek "rubbed up" against them. I have mentioned to several staff that they need to report this behavior because until someone says something, this behavior will not change.

Everyone is always so kind and trying their best! I went in tonight and was shocked at how rude some customers were because they had to wait. Clearly they were busy and clearly they were working hard, show people some respect and be kind! 10/10 customer service

If I could give it no stars I WOULD. I ordered for delivery and the pizza that was delivered is hard as a rock because it was burnt. When I called to have it redelivered, they told me I had to drive it there and wait for it to be remade. Then lied about what was removed on the order. Either way, the pizza was black on the top. It's stiff- if I wanted that I would have bought a frozen pizza. I removed vegetables I'm allergic to, I've done it before and it's never been a problem. Whether they are lying or it's a computer error, not ordering from this one again.

Had the wings w Buffalo sauce, pepperoni pizza, chips and beer - all delivered - for a football game/party at my place. Food was amazing as always and they got it out to me quick and on time. Love that we have a Casey's in our neighborhood. Staff here is super nice when you go in to the store. Always a clean and well stocked store. Doesn't look like the convenience stores I remember as a kid. Really nice job here everyone that works at this restaurant/store.

Called two stores tonight to order pizza! 9:15 pm. No one is answering the phone. I’ve ran into this before, and had to go out of my way to a store that would pick up the phone. I’ll take my business somewhere else for now on!

All 3 pizzas we just received are badly under cooked. I called and they apologized, saying they are currently cleaning their ovens but they never offered to rectify the order. The person didn't sound concerned either. I had to put all the pizzas to cook longer in my own oven. All this AFTER I tip $12 to the driver!
We were excited to order a Casey's breakfast pizza for the game. Undercooked. Most pieces had no sauce, and did not have all the toppings we paid for. Such a disappointment.

Placed an order for 1 medium taco pizza at 7 pm. Around 8 I tried to call, nobody answered. I called a total of 4 times and nobody answered at all. I walked over there around 8:15 and 3 people were in the kitchen and 1at the register. Sounds like someone was ignoring the phone. I went to the kitchen and asked about my pizza as it had been over an hour and it was just going through the oven. There was only 1 pizza on top of the oven waiting for pickup. In sum, I won't be ordering from this location again. I will drive across town before I frequent this store again. Very frustrating. If I could give no stars, I would.
