I went to this location in (Ankeny) and I spoke to manager about seeing if they got my mobile order and they canceled my order through the mobile app they took over $43 from me for no reason wasn’t offering to help me or make the order I had when they said they never got it but when I called corporate they said that the location it went to their system they cancelled it and it’s not that they weren’t going to make money it was a big order and they lied to me and canceled my order and now I can’t get my money back for over a week.

The best chick-fil-A in the area.. Food is amazing. staff is vary nice.. Good place to go..ask for Ryan he will do 10 pushups if you ask…???

The 4 employees that were there to serve us would much rather have a chat with each other than work. Took 4 employees and we didn’t have a chance to get condiments or anything else.
