I used to order here frequently. I got a badly made pizza a while ago and submitted a review to corporate hoping to get a coupon for a replacement pizza or something. Nothing unreasonable, just replace the one single bad pizza I got. As the last one I bought was poor quality, I could not eat more than half a piece or so.I explicitly stated to email me and not call in that review. The store manager called me anyway. I work on the phones and obviously could not answer a call. Which is why I explicitly put my preference as email contact.Well they left a voicemail telling me I had to call them back to make it right. Why do I have to work to fix your mistakes? Smh. I have instead been ordering food elsewhere from now on or just staying home and saving money. Why make this process so hard? I did not even try to take advantage, as I have never reached out with a complaint or ask despite YEARS of coming back for pizzas. I guess it could not last forever right :/

My order was a couple minutes later but that didn't matter a bit to me because of Jason who I talked to about this politely explained that they were a little bit behind from a surge of orders. He was polite , helpful and made my order to perfection, my order was perfect in appearance, perfectly cooked and all 3 items were piping hot. Thank you to the domino's team you all did an amazing job.

Asked for 2 three topping pizzas did not have 3 topping guy that took my order could not get numbers correct kept saying card was wrong this is Walmart Ankeny dominoes

Great service tonight!! Food was on point!!! I did not have to WAIT for someone to come to the counter. As soon as I hit the front counter, a nice gentleman came upfront in like 2 seconds!! Everything I ordered was on the counter!! That's what I'm talking about Ankeny Domino's inside Walmart!!
