Service was slow, and when we received our food mine was like warm and my wife's chicken was ice cold. We didn't receive bread sticks with our meal and had to go ask for them. The dining area was filthy, garbage and food on the floor. This will be the last time I go to this Fazoli's, possibly any Fazoli's again. Most likely just going to stick to Olive Garden.

I went through the drive through today on my way home. The young man that took my order was very pleasant and courteous. I ordered the Garlic shrimp stuffed shells, side salad and a side order of bread sticks. OH MY GOSH!!! Everything was delicious, fresh and hot! I will definitely be returning ?

Whenever I’m traveling I love stoping at places where I know I can get good comfort food at a fair price. My stop today was above and beyond my typical stop and it was due to one person in particular. I met Demi when I placed my order and several times afterwards when she’d stop by to offer breadsticks (yummy!) or to check that everything was good.Demi, thanks to you everything was PERFECT!! I hope to see you again soon as my travels continue.Sorry about the photo being taken after I had started eating, it looked and smelled so good I just had to dive in!

Just sat 16mins in drive threw, when I asked how much longer due to having to get to work, was told they were in shift change and I can go inside to order. Didn't have time for such due to going to work, drove off due to a 20min wait in drive threw. As driving past building 3-4 employees were sitting at a table. No other customers were in store and I had a person waiting behind me that probably waited longer. Terrible customers service, 2 people that spoke to me in that 20mins waiting could have taken the order in such time frame or whats the point of a drive threw. Terribly disappointed.
