The food was good, but it was way over priced and the service was SLOW. I ordered a hotdog and a little fry. It took almost 20 minutes to get my food after I paid for my order. They were not busy in the restaurant or with pick up orders. Considering the limited menu items (the menu board reminds me of a 1950's McDonalds selection) and the $10 regular sized hot dog I got, I don't think I'll be back.

Good food as always. Great option if you are doing low carb or Keto. You can get the burgers in a bowl or lettuce wrap. Smash burgers are always tasty. Of course you have your choice of many many different toppings. The staff was very attentive and friendly. They seemed to be enjoying their jobs so that usually makes the food better.Dietary restrictions: Can get the burgers without a bun in a bowl or in a lettuce wrap for low carb or Keto diets.

First time ever going and it won't be my last. Next time I travel that way that is what I will be eating for dinner. It's a Lil costly for my pocket but it's fresh, local and totally worth it. And the employees I met were awesome and very friendly happy and ambitious. Wat to go five guys.

So this was my first time at this restaurant and I had a blast! The food is delicious and freshly made and the Cajun fries were top notch. The burgers & fresh fries are always amazing. My son's favorite burger place. My 2nd favorite burger place.We always stop at one of the two locations in the Des Moines area on our way to and from Nebraska. Can't wait for the one in La Crosse to open.How do you get all of your employees to be so friendly and nice?

I don't usually leave reviews but truly I must after the incredible experience we just had here. My kids are your typical picky eaters and getting them to eat is usually quite a task. Instead of the usual, both my kids devoured thier burgers, and were even asking if they could get another burger. They are currently talking about how they can't wait to go back. The atmosphere was fun and the staff was just as fun while still being professional. The food...the food was absolutely scrumptious. We will be back soon and greatly appreciate how one stop has made our entire day brighter.

Guy that took my order was pushy like I was hindering his day by ordering food for my family. Said shake machine wasn’t working which is a typical McDonald’s employee response so I almost thought I was lost for a second. Dude was being a jerk to the other employee there too. Very large guy with glasses. Do better, for the price we pay we should get better service with our amazing food
