Absolutely delicious ravioli and meat sauce. The meat sauce had some cinnamon in it I believe, a true old style homemade recipe, if you know you know. So flavorful, and homemade ravioli dough melts in your mouth. Reasonable prices and excellent service as well. Highly recommend.

Excellent mostaccioli! Ravioli and spaghetti reliable quality as well. It gets busy at the dinner rush just like most good places. Service is always good.

We were on a U.P. adventure and not familiar with restaurants in the area. From the moment we called to ask about parking until the moment we left, we had top-notch service. No wait time without a reservation. We started with the pepperoni Za Rolls -- plentiful and tasty. Daughter had the Bianca pizza, which could have been heavy but it had a very thin crust and and was delicious and light! I had the spaghetti and steak. Both were very tasty, as was the fresh salad that came with. Good value for the money. STRONG specialty drinks were an added plus! The Michigan Cherry Mule drink was delicious and a real bargain. Sat on a high top in the back so we could take in the atmosphere. Desert menu was really limited so I'd say that's all that missed the mark.

Pleasant atmosphere but poor service. After asking where our food is, the waitress said if you didn't order pizza it gets put behind ? n the order like st. We ordered full dinners and had to ask after 45 minutes where is our order. The manager said it was our fault for not understanding that we should expect a wait. There were several empty tables. She admitted that the chicken and fish are frozen not fresh. So why wait for the deep fryer? Then said "I'm sorry you feel that way". Went to the next table, who she knew the patrons and says loud and laughing, "Any problems here?" So this restaurant needs client service training and needs to freshen up their overpriced food. Townie restaurant that rises to the expectations for that the community tolerates. Go to Culver's instead!

Lunch stop on a whim. We like sitting at a bar and this one was inviting. I always ask the bartender what’s great for lunch? Her reply was the homemade meat ravioli with homemade meat sauce….so that’s what I had. Delicious and big! What’s not so great was the average bread bun that came with it. That’s all that was served with my $20 entree. It needed a small salad to be considered a good meal in my book. My husband has an Italian sub sandwich which he liked.

Not sure if the kitchen was short staffed but food took over an hour to arrive. And when it came out some dishes were cold others hot. Pretty disappointing dinner. This could be such a wonderful place to eat with just a little more attention

This was the best lunch ever. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is also very nice. Our waiter, Andrew was hysterical and very personable and efficient. He had us in stitches the entire time. We would come back here in a New York minute.

We have loved Gino’s over the years but tonight was the the worst experience we have ever had at any restaurant ever. Bottom line: we left after 90 minutes and we’ll never go back again. The manager did not care and was completely non apologetic about the miserable service. Avoid at all costs.

I have eaten at Gino’s several times when visiting friends in Hancock and each time the food has been excellent! The chips and dip are a fabulous appetizer and the salads and entrees I have tried have all been exceptional! A nice variety of foods! The restaurant is clean and if you want to sit outside there is a nice patio! The staff is friendly and efficient. The owners have resurrected a landmark restaurant in Hancock - staying true to its roots while adding their own modern twist!

We had dinner on the patio. The setting is very nice, and we liked the food. The pizza is thin crust and good, and service was friendly and quick.

Italian food plus some other deliciousness! Highly recommend their bruschetta. While the tables look fancy with white paper and black clothes, this is a casual and comfortable place. Come as you are for sure. Cocktails are hand crafted and really well done. Dinner can be enjoyed inside or outside.

Closed for good will miss it always. Wish I could have gotten some of the cool lounge furniture.

But it's closed now. They closed shortly after I visited the facility.
