Worst service EVER!!!! Me and my family got there and were seated, we waiting for approximately 10-15 minutes...we never were even looked at after being sat. There was a group Of employees at a nearby booth talking with the server that was helping every other table around ours, except ours. And after not being waited we got up and left and went to another establishment. As we left they did not bat a eye on us . We won'tbe returning!!

Took 1 hour to be seated in cold booth, ate with my coat on. The Mexican girl that was seating gave other Mexicans priority, skipping ahead on list. Doubt if I'll ever go again. Not the IHOP America made!!!

I was pretty disappointed with this visit. First off, what's with the vibration? My silverware, drink, and body was being shaken the entire time. I asked my waitress about free refill drinks. I asked for a strawberry lemonade and was met with "that doesn't have refills". I pointed in the menu at the words free refill and she said "ok" and just walked away. Food was decent when it showed; ketchup was empty but oh well. At one point 2 of the ladies were looking for a check (I'm guessing they thought a dine and dash), then one of them said "that's not even 15%" in a pretty loud voice. I get it, but if you don't like the pay..... you should know the rest. It was just a disappointing experience, but food was there.
