Jersey Mikes has a great product, have frequented it via pick up and delivery. Last night we had delivery and we were missing a sandwich. Called them, yep, we have it right here! Management only provided one option, reorder, pay and tip for delivery #2, wait 3-5 days for refund on missing sandwich. Obvious that it was not delivery issue, repeat customer, zero concessions total burden placed on customer. Zero customer service skills! I hate that customer service has taken such a back seat.

This was a pretty good place to grab a sandwich. The food was good but it did take quite awhile after I ordered it before I finally received my order. I got a Chipotle Chicken Sandwich which tasted good & they didn't skimp on anything. As far as quick order sandwich chains go I have to say this was one of the better ones I've tried.

I won’t be going back or recommending this location to anyone. To the contrary. They’re expensive, I know, but if I’m paying over $50 for three sandwiches, I expect better service. We stood there for over 20 minutes waiting for our order. There was one other family of three that came in behind us and left before us. Otherwise the store was empty so it wasn’t like they were slammed.Hey Jersey Mikes, do better!

We usually love coming to this location but this trip was disappointing. Trash overflowing, tables dirty and we were the only customers in there at the time. Employees saw the trash overflowing and tables dirty but didn't seem to care. Then I went up and waited for someone to help me and was asked with an attitude "do you need something?".

The staff tonight was disrespectful and rude. I will be contacting managers.
I ordered 2 sandwiches thru DoorDash. One of sandwiches was completely wrong. I called restaurant and they said I have to go thru DoorDash to get refund. They even said they knew they messed up the sandwich. This wasn’t door dash fault so restaurant should just have to refund and make it easy for the customer! Sandwich seemed like had way to much oil and vinegar.

We like Jersey Mikes and have eaten at a few but the Ankeny location isn’t worth the time. There were essentially 3 staff doing the job of one person and they were more interested in talking than getting the orders out so we stood there and watched three girls have a conversation about something unimportant when only one was actually doing something at a time. The drink machine was out of ice and multiple drinks were out of syrup and the girls didn’t know how to replace it so they just kept sticking receipt paper over each one as people mentioned it wasn’t working. The tables were dirty and it took longer to watch them make the sandwich than it took to eat it. I’ll stick with other locations going forward.

First, I was expecting a birthday sub. Didn't happen. I ordered extra meat and extra cheese on Parma bread. Wrong bread. Tanna said they were out and didn't make more. The meat was not as much as is usually on single. I ordered double meat. Also ordered extra cheese. Another disappointment. Tanna said if I wanted to argue, do it at home.I didn't want to argue, but I did want her to make it right!! Tanna identified herself as the assistant manager. I have NEVER been treated so rudely and she hung up on me. Tanna needs to find a different job, as she would have been fired at other restaurants for her rude decorum. Used to be the only place we ordered subs, but I would NOT recommend the Ankeny Jersey Mike's to anyone.
