Ordered the Billy Club. Whatever clown decided to put yellow mustard on the Billy Club should be fired. Guessing it’s another cut costs corporate decision, but it was the wrong one. The Simon was really great.

I had a mix up with one of my sandwiches because I speak too fast sometimes and they were all nice enough to be able to get me a replacement sandwich and a free drink for my troubles I believe the man who made my new sandwiches name was Raiden he was very nice and the woman who got me the free drink was Brooke. They were both very nice and accommodating I really appreciate it.

A trash bag has better service. I order online yet still have to wait in line for a service I purposely tried to avoid. There’s no Covid I can walk into subway I should be able to do the same for my carry out order.

You get a 1 star today. Doors locked, no signs saying drive through only. Wouldn't even acknowledge that I was standing there knocking. I had to make eye contact before some guy yelled drive through. So I drove through. I wanted to buy bread, you wouldn't even sell that to me. Regardless of catering, I would expect a customer at your door to be as important as one at the drive through. Oh well. I'll vote with my feet. Plenty of other places in town to eat.

I love Jimmy John's, but this location can't seem to get delivery orders right. We're almost always missing at least one item we've paid for (usually chips or pickle, occasionally a whole sandwich).

I think I got the wrong bread, or they make their subs smaller now. Feeling ripped off. Oh, and now I find out there is Dijon when I asked for none. They tried to scrap it off, but forgot the big gob in the middle. And by scraping it you just moved it with a all over the meat and the top of the bread.Though some Dijon was removed there was enough left to make the whole sandwich tasting like Dijon. Thanks for basically stealing my $29.
