Love a good Veggie Unwich while out and about but have to say I’m less than excited that they no longer are freaky fast as an unwich had to be eaten instantaneously or it turns into a river of watery mayo… I appreciate the options as a vegan with Celiacs but wish fresh was emphasized more! Still…. My one and only fast food option !Vegetarian options: Veggie has tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, avocado, sprouts (sometimes) and onions if you choose!Dietary restrictions: Get the unwich!

I drive an 18-wheeler, and my company requires me to stay at the Wyndam Garden hotel. Three times I walked to Jimmy John's to grab a sandwich. Three times, I was turned away because I could not use the drive-thru. This Jimmy John's has always closed the lobby, for whatever reason, and would not allow me to place an order. I guess this restaurant is not in the business to make money or my money is just not right for them. No matter the reason, I will not give this establishment a fourth chance. Three strikes and your out, right?

The Potatoes

Truly the Best Jimmy John's in town. Always very fresh. Great service!Dietary restrictions: The unwhich is the sandwich with lettuce wrap instead of bread. It's available for any of selections! They wrap it right and tight at this location!

It's about fifty fifty ordering from here if I actually get my food. Most of the time they have no driver and still allow delivery orders, sometimes I'll actually get a call saying they have to cancel the order. When I actually do get an order through, it takes nearly an hour for delivery and the drivers dont follow instructions, resulting in stolen food.When it goes well, I enjoy it. The sandwiches are consistently high quality, and good value. My complaints are for when it goes wrong, and it colors past even the good portions.Also as an edit, will often close much earlier than advertised and not close online ordering.Parking: awful

This review is for the customers who complain without knowing what goes on behind the counter tops. A. When your online order doesn't arrive by the time you scheduled it to it means they are LOW STAFFED. B. When the drive thru says inshop only it means they are low on staff AND ingredients and can't afford lots of drive thru orders. C. If you write a bad review based on inshop wait times it most likely means that they are running low on ingredients. They only have ONE produce slicer. I understand you know the slogan "freaky fresh, freaky fast" but they are humans not robots. Have a little bit of patience they are working as fast as they can. D. As a fellow jj customer I understand you are hungry but don't get mad at the people who literally make your food. They are doing their best to provide your food all while having like 2 people working not only inshop but also drive thru while managing produce production, cleanliness of the dining area, cleanliness of the restrooms etc. It's a lot to do while being short staffed and having people yell at them. Imagine you getting yelled at daily for just doing your job. You'd quit your job wouldn't you?
