After my really poor experience at the other JJ location on Ankeny Blvd. I tried this location. Not only were the staff super friendly they also sold me the French bread they offer on the menu without some lame excuse. The guy was not only friendly but made sure to ask for my phone number so I got rewards too! Way to go JJ staff. Thanks!

At the drive thru the order was wrong, so we corrected it and the worker seemed to change it, but we still got all the wrong food.

Is it funny to wrap someone's sandwich 3 times? I was nothing but polite going thorough the drive through, didn't even receive a hi, thank you, or anything? Sandwich was poorly made!!

We were in need of a quick bite that we needed to get to go, so we stopped in. Placed our order for 3 regular sandwiches and it took about 5-6 minutes to get our food. Not exactly what I'd call 'freaky fast', and seemed like a bit long with no line and 6 people working. Food was ok, but loaded with a massive amount of shredded lettuce that kind of overtakes the sandwich. I don't eat at JJ often, so wasn't aware you can get onions, peppers, etc. if you let them know. That would have helped, because the meat with a couple of tomato slices, mayo, and a heaping of lettuce lacks a bit of flavor for my taste. Bread was good (we all got wheat).

Ordered 2 subs with avocado spread on both and this is what I get. 3rd time in a row it’s either like this or none is on it all. It cost extra for a reason and this is what I pay for? Got some goofs working there.

The procedure for pick up needs to be fixed. Put the cup with the order. Next thing, is my chips that already come in the bag (so the workers put it in there) were cut into. This is poor customer service, allowing this to be put in a customers bag. Called them and they said that “we can’t refund you”. Come on. Seriously?
