When we ordered, we were first missing 2 cheeseburgers, and the supposedly diet coke tasted like hot dog water. GROSS. Took about 15min to get it replaced with actually diet coke because there is NO SELF SERVE FOUNTAIN DRINKS. another one of our cheeseburgers was made incorrectly. specifically asked for only ketchup and there was not only ketchup. Went in to fix it and got a replacement in about 8 min just to find out that one was also not only ketchup... are you kidding me. Finally got my 3rd replacement 10min later and went back to the car. The whole experience lasted around 45min and I could feel the blood start to boil... do the world a favor and don't go there.

Tried this store again and still Horrible! And still can't get an app order correct. just buy the cheapest thing on the menu, you will not get it you will get something totally random. They SUCK. used the app to buy my food and they could not figure it out. COLD FRIES MISSING FOOD.

I don't know about the "atmosphere" since I went to the drive-through, but the food was fine. The burger was cooked all the way through, which doesn't always happen at McDonalds. I wasn't asked which size of Coke I wanted, so I ended up with either a small or medium. I'm not sure which because I always order a LARGE. That would be my only complaint. Otherwise, it was fine for a burger & fries. It was definitely not the worst I've ever had at a Micky D's, & that's because the meat was cooked all the way through. So I have to say they did a fairly good job, considering that it was during rush hour, & I was tired & in a rush to get home, with a 2 hour drive ahead of me. ?(I hadn't been to McDonalds for quite a while, so I was a little shocked by the price, but I guess that everybody is just trying to make a living. ?♀️)
Sometimes this location gets very busy and my order will either be forgotten or put together wrong. Other than the high prices that seem to be the way of status quo these days, the food is usually always fresh and tasty. On the good days I enjoy going to this location as it is close to where I work and shop. The remodel of this store has created a great atmosphere.

This McDonald’s is trashy. Look at the menu board all broken (pictured). And the guy at the 2nd window was sort of rude. And why am I told to pull around to be waiting for food when there was NO ONE IN THE DRIVE THRU!!!

Sweet tea tasted like water, very disappointed, food was ok the new chicken sandwich tasted like fillet o fishUpdate I went back several times after this service was ok but very often I have ordered and gotten meals wrong, today was the final straw, I ordered mcchicken plain and when I opened the bag after I left it was completely covered and mayoGave this place a few more chances during lunch rush they do well went again on 1/22/24 and received someone else's order it was my own fault for not checking before I left but this mcdonalds is a hit or miss
