We were driving through town and looking for a quick place to pick up pizza. The ordering online was super easy and the food was great. This was some of the best gluten free pizza I have ever had. Highly recommend!

Food is very good! If you have never tried it is a must. Will absolutely love the Scooby snacks ( my favorite ) along with the slamwhiches. My wife really loves the thin crust. The new cauliflower crust is also something to be raved about. They have several locations in the Des Moines area, Ankeny is by far my favorite. And can't forget about the amazing garlic butter breadsticks! Staff is friendly and the managers always been willing to help correct anything that was wrong, very seldom that has been an issue. Always on time and food is always been hot. We have eaten here many times and will many times more. Thank you northern lights team for the great food!Vegetarian options: Has several veggie toppings to offer and also has cauliflower crust for a keto friendly option and gluten free crust as well.

The pizza and service are great. Always have good deals. Really like the large specialty and large 1-topping for $28. They have a 6-cheese specialty with a parmesian crust that is amazing. The store itself is not very roomy, and if there were more than several customers, it would get crowded really fast. Delivery usually takes an hour, and there is a $4 delivery fee.Parking: Strip mall parking lot. If it's a busy time, you can still find a spot, but they're tight.
