Sip Club member -love the sip club.... 4 stars, only option at this location for sugar free is Deit Pepsi. There used to be other diet offerings. They have 2 dispensers in the fountain for Mtn Dew, 2 for Dr Pepper etc. A huge fountain machine but each option is simply doubled. Maybe Diet Mtn Dew, Diet Dr Pepper for variety would be appreciated.

For several months now the pastries have been overdone so much so that their hard is a brick. Bear claws and many times pecan braids and now the cinnamon rolls have been changed and they were horrible! I have been complaining to the staff about the pastries being overdone for several months. This time I spoke to the manager on staff and she just explained that they were baked to corporate specifications. What a terrible excuse! We've been going to Panera for years once a week for coffee date and never before had to take my pastry back because I couldn't eat it. Won't be going back to this Panera anytime in the future and I will be contacting corporate and sending in photos that I took of the pastries. Very disappointed. The coffee bar is often filthy as is the microwave. The whole store needs an update.

Our food was mediocre but the service was very good. I wish I had the name of the employee who had to deal with us the most because he was patient & helpful. Probably won't return for awhile because I was disappointed with the food (I had a soup bowl,) but eventually I'm sure I'll give it another try. Also, they were completely out of any flavor of diet soda (my husband is diabetic & cannot have regular soda & way too late in the day for coffee). & completely out of pepper packets (I'm a pepper freak). But thumbs-up to the counter staff.

So once again they screwed up our delivery order. No chicken with the Chicken Mediterranean bowl we ordered. Seems like every time we have delivery there is something missing or just wrong. Not even the first time that they have forgotten to add chicken. I double checked our order to make sure I didnt order the plain Mediterranean bowl without chicken. Yep, not my mistake.Also portion sizes are laughable for $14 and change meals. What food you do get is good.

Really gone downhill.l since it opened years ago. It used to be a yummy lunch to come here but we were served our order to-go because I ordered in the app. Ok. Probably my fault. But they didn’t provide any cutlery… how would I have eaten it if I was actually taking this to go? My son’s “grilled” cheese sandwich was not done at all so we didn’t even eat it. I would think that a bread place would have a good grilled cheese sandwich. See photo to see that it was just bread with a think slice of cheese that wasn’t even melted. We got one you pick two, a teeny weeny cup of soup, and a kids grilled cheese for $30 and the servings were TINY. Definitely won’t be back.
