Love their Bee Berry Sting smoothie bowl! The lady working there is always so nice and the bowls are so filling. Definitely worth the wait in the drive thru line.

Tried to order a drink in the restaurant and waited 10 minutes without someone taking my order. Tried the drive through immediately after and was told to wait before they were ready to take my order. 10 minutes later and still no one to take my order. I decided to leave having tried twice unsuccessfully after at least 20 minutes.

Service was terrible. 20 minutes to get two smoothie bowls and they managed to drop one at the drive in window. Went inside to get a new one and overheard the person talking about how stupid I was to let it fall. Never coming back to this place. Hoping management reads this review and makes some changes.

Everytime I go there I can never get the smoothie bowl. This has happened 3 times now. I will not be going back. It shouldn't even be on the menu if you never have it. The W desmoines store always has them but I live in Ankeney. Instead the big acai gets my business

If I could give negative stars I would. Honestly not even sure how this place is in business. I have gone through the drive through and saw people inside and proceeded to try and go inside and the door was locked. I understand short staffing but this is clearly not the issue as you can see staff present. This place clearly needs new ownership and needs to be run by someone who actually manages their staff.

Ordered 1 banana boat smoothie.Received instead 2 32oz cups that were filled with "slosh". A concoction that looked nothing like a smoothie, tasted like straight poison.

Employees don't want to be bothered by your order. Take their sweet time making your order. Then you have a fifty fifty shot at actually getting what you ordered. But what should I expect when I'm only spending 9 dollars. Probably wouldn't reccomend to anybody.

Didn’t have shakes done on time (pre ordered) but made as soon as I came in. 2 nice young ladies with smiles were apologetic and kind. I don’t have Smoothie King in MN so I make it a go-to when I’m near one.
