You guys send out coupons but we can't even use a coupon. Everything's got to be digital. You ought to be in jail with Jared. None of the Subways will take any coupons and I think that's sad so quit making them.

Order 3 subs asking for them to be cut in 1/3's or 1/4's, only 1 was cut as requested.Asked for ALL SAUCE on the side, all 3 had sauce on them. This left 2 persons unable or to only eat the parts that didn't have sauce.Called the Subway where the person answering said to call corporate and wouldn't fix the problem they created.Reached out to corporate- will see about their response.

I came in the evening and there was a man and a young women. They were both very friendly and both were working hard! I wish more fast food people were as nice as they were!

Its hit or miss here. Ive had this older women make my sandwich who is incredibly rude the whole time and ive have several younger guys who are having a good time and are genuinely nice.

Ordered the sandwich online at 8:45 last night, picked it up got home. No chips in the sack, went back and no chips available. Got refund. Then My daughter opened the sandwich only to find no meat on it. Went to Hy-Vee to buy sliced turkey. This place as a joke. Found out the person supervising the sandwich was the owner. After a good conversation with corporate resolution was best to try a different subway in Town. They have received multiple complaints on this one.

I came in pretty late and ordered 3 sandwiches. Instead of the ladies getting annoyed to help me they simply just said okay no problem! One of the girls accidentally stabbed her self while cutting my bread open, I was so worried but she ended up being okay and made each sandwich with love! I honestly have never had a sub taste so good like it did coming from this shop!

Extremely unprofessional staffing and management. My cousin and I went in for lunch and spent $20. They got a big online order in the middle of our payment causing something to happen with our payment. It went through and yet they kept saying it didn't go through on their register however it showed the money taken out my account. Both staff had no idea how to handle the situation they stood around and kind of expected us to figure out our own solution. Finally called a manager and had me the customer speak to her on their store phone to explain properly. Manager was curt and rude. I ended up paying AGAIN so $40 with a verbal promise to refund me if I was charged twice. I WAS charged twice and sent her full screenshots of both the completed transactions. The area manager argued with me in several emails saying it was reversed on their end and I would have to come up with full bank statements to be refunded (impossible from cashapp) overall just extremely unprofessional. I worked for subway and have done management for 3 years and I would NEVER handle a customer situation with such uncouth. Disappointing they truly need to do better and train more capable staff.

SERVICE IS TYPICALLY ALWAYS GREAT... however, I arrived at 8:45PM, OPEN SIGN TURNED OFF. Screenshots on my phone taken at 8:53PM after I knocked on front door for a few, and no answer...(knocking b/c I wanted to have a chat) HOWEVER they were staffed b/c just before I left one person came out and waved at me. The posted business hours for Sunday (today) are 9AM-9PM. C'mon ya'll!! Have some passion in what you do! I've worked retail my whole life... If you can't hack the hours don't ruin business it for those who write your checks!
