I should have taken pictures. Ordered a burrito with extra beans and a side of black beans. The burrito was woefully underfilled, with maybe half the amount of filling it should normally have. I even paid extra for the extra beans, and yet there was hardly any beans in the burrito. The side of beans cost over $2 for a measly 2-3 bites, the side-dish container being filled to less than half. This place is ripping people off.First time in my life I've felt like being one of those angry customers, although I resisted the urge. While I can understand little mistakes and inconsistencies, this is rank incompetence or worse.
This is what I get after I pay 23 dollars on this place I will never go again here just my opinion but what a robbery

I have been to this location multiple times when the lobby is opened. I operate a high profile vehicle which does not allow me to dine. This on top of their poor customer service has made me indefinitely decide to never go to this place again I hope it goes out of business.

Door sign and Google page say they open at 9 am. Went to drive thru at 9:10, nobody answering. Person inside the window glanced at me and went back to whatever they were doing. Not acceptable for a national chain restaurant to not follow posted hours, we won't return.

This Taco Bell delivery experience was truly disappointing. I observed that the staff, particularly an older white lady, efficiently managed orders for everyone in the restaurant. However, I couldn't help but notice that she seemed to disregard a brown male customer even after everyone had left (even though the order had been placed well in advance). This raised questions about whether this differential treatment might have been due to some form of bias or discrimination.

Ordered online, received confirmation, they said they never got the order wanted me to pay again. Made entire order wrong. Called me a liar, wouldn't let me speak to a manager, offered no apology or discount. Helped everyone in store and drive thru first. I will never go back to this taco bell.
