Save yourself the disappointment and go somewhere else. This isn’t even comparable to the old Fletcher. We loved the old Fletcher! We had our rehearsal dinner there, deployment party and several brunch buffet trips. Our waitress wasn’t rude but she wasn’t pleasant either. We went thinking they had the brunch buffet back. No, just brunch. We ordered two pizzas, The Fletcher Breakfast and the brisket grilled cheese. It took almost an hour for the food to come out. The pizzas had definitely been on the warmer for a bit. One was a Margherita and it looked like an over cooked cheese pizza with little strips of basil, no tomatoes. The other pizza was a breakfast one and it was really dry. I’ve had better frozen pizzas. The Fletcher breakfast….toast wasn’t buttered and I’ve never had a breakfast with toast where they’ve only given you one slice. The brisket grilled cheese was good, had great flavor and was really greasy.

My daughter took me there on Mother’s Day for brunch, my first time. The experience was awful to say the least. We arrived right at 10:00, when they opened and we were there for over two hours. The waitress hadn’t come back to our table in over an hour, around the time the food was delivered. Not once did she ask us for refills on our drinks. It wasn’t overly busy either. The Banana Bread French toast was the worst French Toast I have ever had too. Then we were automatically change a 20% gratuity and there were only six of us. That experience did not deserve such a gratuity. We won’t be going back. Sad that this is how our special day started out.

Had a reservation and was seated right away. 10 minutes later the waitress took out drink order. 20 minutes later took our order. 45 minutes later, the manager (?) stopped by and said our appetizer, that hadn't arrived yet, was on the house, telling us the kitchen was really backed up. 1 hour into the visit our food arrived with the wrong pizza order and ice cold breakfast potatoes instead of fries (they apparently ran out). Very disappointed and won't be back.

Food took hour and half to arrive. I saw thru the kitchen my pizza was done not under the warmer for 30 minutes waiting on my partners eggs and bacon to be cooked. We heard and saw shouting in the kitchen, which was not professional. Went for mother's day and will never be going back. Food was cold, raw potatoes burnt bacon and took way to long with no apology. One of the worst restaurant experiences of my life!!

Nearly an hour wait after being told 25…and watched multiple employees stand and talk while tables weren’t bussed…so we left. Wasn’t even close to being full. Service isn’t what it used to be…it’s too bad. Not the first time we’ve waited too long since it’s reopened. The old Fletcher was great…this one not so much.

The ribs and chicken were extremely dry. Ribs were approaching jerky texture. Completely overcooked. All other food was fine but nothing special. Very good service and ambiance was fine.

Pick someplace else to eat. This isn’t even close to the old Fletcher. Food was not good. Took forever to get food and then when we did it tasted like it sat in a warmer. Not worth your money at all.

Went for Sunday brunch; food took over an hour then arrived cold and our breakfast pizza and banana bread french toast were burnt. Only plus was a nice server but had to ask for refills and had to ask to check on our appetizer as we were getting hangry. Won't go back, don't recommend.

My husband had a very acidy stomach because his brisket sandwich was very greasy/oily. Portion size for 9 year old grandson was more for a toddler. Drove 30 minutes to have brunch with my daughter. Unfortunately, we probably won't eat there again.

The food is overpriced for what they offer, the service was slow... took over an hour to get food and there was only a two tables ahead of us. I will say the appetizers were excellent and the waiter did a great job informing us of our food. Just simply do not recommend if you're in a hurry.

Went on a Sunday, medium sized group, with reservation for noon.Appetizers didn't came until 1pm. Food didn't arrive until 2pm.Bacon was precooked, toasts didn't taste right, French toasts too thick and not cooked right. The server was polite, and the manager took the feedback and apologized.Edit: it looks like it was their first weekend serving brunch and had 2 people call in sick

I recently hosted a wedding rehearsal dinner here. I am over 2 hours away from the Fletcher, and reserved and booked a banquet room, sight unseen.I could not be any happier with the service. The “Dennys Room” exceeded any expectations I could have ever had. The food was amazing, and the 2 bartenders were phenomenal!! Would highly recommend this establishment to anyone! Thank you all, for a very memorable event❤️

Had a great dinner out with the family. The server was polite and entertaining. The food was delicious without a long wait. They had a nice drink selection; a little something for everyone it seemed. We'll be back to try something different. Thanks for a great evening!

It was okKinda pricey for the experience.Steaks are kinda smallNo ribs tonightOrdered the 3 meat meal and the Reuben pizzaService was a young girl w not a lot of experience. Not bad, but could have been much better.I can’t say I’ll make a strong effort to go back.Until they have prime rib.

Disappointing

Steak was burnt all the way through and still served. Salad was brought with the steak and I was told it was my fault for not requesting it come out prior. Struggled to finally get a drink refill. The Fletcher was one of my favorite restaurants prepandemic. I will never return.
