We ordered the philly cheesesteak and the Mac & Cheese. Our server did her best, but the kitchen was backed up and the food took over an hour. Once the food arrived, the fries were cold/soggy and the cheesesteak was okay. The Mac & cheese came out way undercooked and the noodles were still hard. The server at least took care of our meal and tried her best to make it right.

We came as part of a larger group. The server did her best but was set up to fail by the kitchen. I had the club and the bacon was definitely undercooked and the fat wasn't even rendered down. The sandwich bread was still soggy from too much butter/oil and not enough time on the griddle. The sweet potato fries tasted like they were cooked in burnt oil. The grilled cheese wasn't even fully melted. We had undercooked chicken straps as well I our group. The GM and executive chef were willing to listen to my concerns, but we're still sending out undercooked bacon and we're frying food with a pot, because yes fryers were broken, instead of just 86ing fried food. Overall, the server didnl her best, but the food was terrible. The drinks were pretty solid.

We waited forever for our food. the food was ok, then we asked for dessert and they only had one thing on it and was out of the thing that went with it. they had burnt fries and mid cheesecake

Came here with a buddy and wanted to see the big dude burger that they use in the challenge. No one had a picture, but the server asked the kitchen and they ended up making it for us just to see. It was very good and if you eat it in 7 minutes it's free.

Horrible service on NYE. They had a band for NyE and advertised their event on social and had exactly 3 staff working in the main area. We were promptly waited on when we got there and told the one server we would be there all night for the event (2 of us) and it was all downhill. Placed an order for appetizers and 45 min later had to flag the server, clearly was forgotten so we placed a dinner order instead. No one came to check after that. Finally got a drink order placed and got our food and the food was the wrong order. Server never wrote anything down. We were so hungry we just ate what we were given. Placed several other drink orders and 2/4 were brought. Once I went to the bar myself and waited 15 min for a moscow mule and a glass of whiskey on ice. We received several apologies stating they were short staffed. While I definitely feel for them there was a point I couldn't stay here any longer. They were not overtly busy. Have not been here in years but this is not the same place I remember. Would not recommend.

Awesome selection of whiskies, whiskey based cocktails, and a super knowledgeable bartender. The waitress was exceptionally accommodating when taking care of our large party. The only downside was the automatic large party gratuity. I had planned on leaving more, but have always disliked being told what to tip. Just a personal dislike, nothing to do with the staff, food, and drink here.
I'm actually pretty bummed with this place... we wanted to try a place we'd never been to, so we stopped here and got a couple of apps... they were so mediocre. The corn dip was more cream cheese than anything with a few kernels of corn served with corn tortilla chips, but the chips overpowered any flavor the dip may have had... it might not have been that big of a deal if the chips hadn't tasted like old fryer oil.The duck fries, which were apparently fried in duck fat, seemed more like a congealed ball of fries with a little Parmesan sprinkled on top of them.The mac'n'cheese was legit, but I'm not sure if that's bc we were so disappointed with the apps that we were happy something came out with flavor and not a hot mess. I would've brought it up to the server, but it's not his fault, and I'm not going to ask for an entire ticket to be comped. That's some Karen type stuff right there... we just know to steer clear of this place next time we're looking for a place to go for something new.

Really good wait staff, excellent beverages, food was good. Too few people working there so when it got busy service almost came to a stand still.Freaking awesome Cajun sauce, dill pickle chips. We will go back again.

I ordered a burger with sweet potato fries I got a burger with onions and everything and regular fries. I ordered a burger plane with no cheese it came with everything on it and cheese and fries which I didn't pay for. They screwed up everything about this order.

Don’t go hungry. We’ve given them 3 tries now and every time the food is just bad. I opened my wrap up because I felt like there was nothing in it and there was literally just lettuce. I’m now eating Ramen for dinner which is 10x better than what they served me. I just want my money back.
