We have been coming to Chicken Coop for months on Thursdays for trivia and it is the highlight of our week! From their food (more specifically the boneless wings ? but never been disappointed with anything we’ve ordered) to the service we are more than satisfied every week!!! It has quickly turned into our go-to place on not just Thursday nights, but any night we are looking for some good food and a place to host our friends! Thank you Chicken Coop for being an always consistent and great place to be! And a special shout out to Julie for being so attentive and patient with our big group!!

Service was not very good ? wings was OK nothing special & my sons sprite was straight carbonated water I asked them to change the tank & get him a new one they brought him water instead & then tried to change us for the sprite like what ? ?

The Coop has THE best wings around, bar none. I love the fresh off the grill broiled flavor. My son and I like to meet at the Ankeny location for Hawkeye games. The staff has always been friendly and professional.

There is something about the wings at the Coop. Highly recommend getting them well done. They might be a bit drier, but the extra char is worth it.
