Just moved here from Chicago. Being from the Chicago area you know what excellent Italian food is. Yannis definitely fit the bill! I ordered a yanni trio it was extremely tasty! My husband had chicken alfredo which he stated was excellent! We will definitely be back.

Comfort food that warms your heart, not just your stomach! Wonderful atmosphere that makes visiting with family (or whomever) quite comfortable. Music was a good volume, so you can talk without feeling disruptive but still hear what's being said. Will definitely be going back!

Our plan a restaurant was closed so this was our plan B, and weren't we glad?With a charming atmosphere and combination of Italian and Greek food, this is a place I would visit again. The Wednesday night specials were delicious and affordable and the service was great. We never ran out of water or felt like we were lacking anything.One member of our party got chicken and beef souvlaki. One person got Greek shrimp with fettuccine. I got Steak Burgos, perfectly cooked steak with sauteed mushrooms in a white wine garlic sauce. All three came with a side salad and a delicious basket of bread was brought for us to share.

This was a very n8ce, clean place. We did not eat the buffet, so we ordered Gyros plate. Did salad included and an onion ring appitizer. There was only one server and the place was full. Construction guys must love it, bc they were all eating that buffet. We will go back!

I wish I would have read the reviews first! I had the lunch buffet. Don’t waste your money or time. Mediocre at best. Salad bar was pre-package lettuce,sliced roma tomato and cucumbers. Spaghetti sauce was water, just like the other reviews show. Potatoes were watery. Steak was tough. Pizza lacked flavor and crust was limp. Maybe the ones that rave about this place eat off the menu,but the buffet is a terrible.
The tenderloin served in pita was unremarkable, but everybody raved about the buffet. I'd avoided the buffet because they're usually bland, but clearly I made a mistake this time.

This place was absolutely unbelievable, and not in the good way. As you can see pictured, the sauce of each was completely WATERED! Literally had minimal to no flavor, and just pooled around the plate. This experience was worse than bad. I would encourage people to avoid this place!

Do not get the calamari. It was the worst we have ever tried! The place looks nice but the food wasn't that good. Not a place I will revisit! The only good food I had was the garlic knots!

Excellent choice of both Italian and Greek food. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Had a lamb gyro with a side salad topped with Balsamic vinaigrette and a beer to drink. Despite being short-staffed, waiter gave us regular and timely updates on our food. The gyro is phenomenal!

I wasn’t very impressed with the buffet. I heard great things about Yannis and had even had their pizza growing up and it was good. However today the food was cold, the sauce had no flavor, and I was really disappointed that a Greek restaurant had no olives or feta cheese for their buffet salad. I did get fresh pizza from the buffet which was good and raised my score to two stars but I honestly have had better pizza in town elsewhere. We will not be coming back.
