This is a gem of a coffee shop nestled in NW Ankeny. The drive thru is always busy, but I have always been able to find a nice place to sit and work or visit inside! The house coffee is good and my son loves their cake pops. ?Kid-friendliness: My son loves the cake pops.

This is a great go to place for coffee in NW Ankeny. But I would caution about some of the breakfast food items. We were disappointed in the bacon bagel sandwich. Not worth the price we paid. It was very small for paying almost $5.

I've been coming here once a week since the day they opened. I love their energy infusions, and the raspberry truffle latte. My go-to coffee shop! There is usually longer waits, but you can easily avoid it if you order ahead on their app. The main thing I love though, is the service. There's a woman who works there who always has colorful hair (I wish I knew her name)- she is always great and welcoming! Everyone else who works there is usually very nice as well, I really appreciate the work they do, I am NOT a morning person. Highly recommend making Ziggi's your go-to coffee as well.

We were welcomed immediately upon entering. It did not take long to get our drinks and the staff was friendly. The atmosphere was inviting and productive. The drinks were great and I would go back again. The only downside is the online food menu is a bit misleading. The food options are refrigerated, packaged items. Overall, 4.5/5.

I love coming to this Ziggi’s. But often when I come here, there’s a manager that will leave employees in tears. Not only does this make an uncomfortable environment, but it’s terribly unprofessional and disappointing. Sad to see such a lovely staff regularly berated and abused.

i’ve had nothing but great experiences here! the workers are all kind and super friendly! i love their energy infusions & their chai and matcha. i haven’t tried much of their food, since i’m vegetarian. i would love if they added an impossible breakfast sandwich or something like that! overall this place is great and i really enjoy going there:)
