First time at Fire Box on Main. The ribs were perfect! Juicy, tender and the right amount of smoke. Sausage was delicious and the brisket was my favorite! Full of flavor and so tender you could pull it apart with a fork. Four different in house made barbecue sauces added extra flavor to each meat. (Regular, honey, honey mustard and chipotle) Had to take the mini lemon pie to go because we were so full. It was delicious also. Great to have a good bbq place locally!
Excellent food, service, and atmosphere. I had the delicious brisket that melted in my mouth. Check this place out in Belle Plaine!
