I love this place, I ordered catering and it was delicious. My only complaint is that the everything bagels were put with the other bagels made some of the bagels taste like onion. Other than that the staff was nice and the food was good.

I would’ve posted a pictures but we devoured our bagels. They were so good and they guy at the register was super nice and patient (even tho it was crazy busy). I use to go to a coffee shop in the west that had jalapeño cheddar bagels so this was a great find. ?
The food is absolutely amazing, but the same male that takes our order (could be manager or owner?) is ALWAYS RUDE! There has never been a time we have come to this establishment that he hasn't been ridiculous with his attitude! Do better!

I remember when this place opened up. They gave out coupons in the Bettendorf News. The coupon was for free bagels. At the time I do not think most people knew what a bagel was. I live just down the hill on Middle road in which I was give a coupon every day and told to hike it up the hill and get a bagel. I do not remember how many times yet I was super glad to get there and have a bagel. Then hike all the way home.

Waited for a $4 bagel, worker never acknowledged I was there and walked right passed me without a word, she never came back so I left without my carb craving.

The Farmhouse and Brikset Bagels are fantastic. The Lil hashbrown muffins are so cute and delicious!
Please have your staff wear hair covering.2 staff were wearing visors, great.2 men, 1 with longer hair did not and his hair was falling in his face and I’m assuming over my bagel. Yuck! Lost my appetite.

I just had a wonderful experience here! I know, I suck for eating out on a holiday but the workers inside were so warm and happy, they didn't make me feel bad about it at all. The night at the Roxbury song came on and we all instinctively started grooving to it and erupted with laugher following. The food also got home hot and delish!! Fully recommend this location!
The Salmon Bagel is excellent! SMART MOVE to have a really solid amount of capers… love it!

First time trying Brueggers. Farmhouse bagel sandwich was delicious, but customer service was not good. There was one other customer inside, never received a greeting and both employees barely said a word the whole experience. I’ve worked customer service so I understand how trying it can be, but greeting your customers goes along way.
