Grew up in this town so I know the old library as well as this one which is a great space. Spacious and many areas to study in. Nice staff that deal with a lot of different types of people. I do however wish there was more control over the noise of middle school aged children and HS teens. I had to leave the other day due to the disgusting language and noise level of some 12 or 13 year old kids. It was pretty bad. Wonderful programs; childrens' story time; rentals, and an Aquarian in the children's library and the staff can tell you about the fish which has shrimp; wonderful staff in the children's' library. Right across from the children's museum

Libraries are so wonderful and Bettendorf is no different, there is a whole host of people who are there to help, they know their stuff and are always eager to provide good customer service
