Let me first start by saying the food here is great, and second I have never left a bad review for anything before...but today was the last time I'll go to this restaurant. It doesn't even seem like a real business, like it's just some wanna be Real Housewives of Iowa's hobby. The staff is rude and disinterested, almost as if it's on purpose or if they were trained to be that way. Again, the food is good, my wife and I really like the food, which is why we've been so many times. However, on more than one occasion the staff just announced that they "wouldn't be taking orders for 15 minutes", ultimately telling everyone in line to leave. What? Who does that? Another time one of the staff very loudly accused a dad with a bunch of kids of stealing a bottle of water and asked to see his receipt...that she had just rung up...with the water on it. Honestly, my wife and I would crack up about the absolute ridiculousness of the service. When we wanted Freshi we would joke about what we may hear when we went in there this time, or if they'd even be open at their listed times. But the last straw was today. My wife is under the weather and wanted their Chicken Tortilla Soup. Again, it's a good soup. The problem is that sometimes when we've ordered it we pay and get to the end and they say, "we don't have tortilla chips, do you want it with wantons instead?" What? No, it's not Chicken Wonton soup. It's like a big part of the dish, no warning that they don't have all the ingredients, nothing, what if I didn't want it if it didn't have a very specific ingredient? But, the good news was that you always got a really big portion of soup. Well...not anymore. Now you get a 16oz serving (about half the size of the old serving)...for the same price. $12.00 for half the old amount. I asked them for the original size, and all they said was "we don't have that size anymore". Same price, half the soup. Brutal. I was willing to put up with the almost comically bad service (I know it's a really tough and underpaid job so I always give servers the benefit of the doubt) and sometimes odd lack of ingredients. But I ain't paying $12.00 for 16oz of soup when I used to get double for the same price...which let's be fair, was already too much for a bowl of soup. A bowl of PHO is less expensive and can feed a family of 5 for gosh sakes. Also, let me say, I have a stupid long history of overpaying for unique and tasty foods, so I'm not being cheap, this is just ridiculous. So patronizing, "yeah, just give them like half, they'll never notice, stupid customer, hahahahahahahahaha"

Worst place. It was my first time there and I ordered a Kale Caesar Salad and the food had no flavor. It was completely bland so I asked the sever is they have any sauces and she told me it costs extra even before giving me any options. Such a poor customer service. The place is also overpriced.

If you're marketing your food as healthy, it's probably a good idea to make sure you have a clean, healthy environment for your patrons and employees. If I walk into a place and see unmasked employees or employees wiping their noses above masks that hang down on their chin, I'm gone. If I wanted to get sick, I'd hang out in a dive bar or a grease-spot diner or go around town licking doorknobs.

This is the most expensive bowl I've ever purchased that does not have the taste or substance to back it up. I paid $3.69 for steak on my bowl and got a whopping 6 pieces of steak. I will never come again

Over priced, under delivered. This isn't a healthy place when a salad is almost a thousand calories. Wraps over 16 bucks each and 1.00 for each sauce. No transparency about pricing and not worth the price.

Just had one of the grossest experiences I’ve had in qc area.. and the sad part is I really liked this place til today but after today never again.. ordered two bowls opened one right when I got home and 2 fruit flies crawled out of the bowl. Really messed up and they have lost a repeat customer today. Get it figured out

Place was closed about forty minutes before listed time. Employee was inside cleaning up shop, no signage explaining anything. Hours were listed clearly. Odd. If you wanna close early maybe don't make it a whole forty or at least make a sign for it. Anyway, had Sakura Express instead. Nice spot.

Unique menu is why this place gets 4 stars. Meat is overcooked. Smoothies are just ok. Vegan bowls are really the only worthwhile option, in my opinion.

Do not eat the soup! The rice noodles are undercooked and the broth is flavorless.After hearing good reviews from a couple of friends, we were underwhelmed. For the price, there are much better health food options!
