Had 7 pm reservations. 8 of us plus one who came at last minute. Ordered out drinks after a wait then got our drinks., but waited a while to order. By that time we ordered a second drink. Our order came out over 2 hours later. The first to come out was a cold steak which was requested to be put in a to go box. By the time we all got our food it was 9:30. We asked for a manager who never came. We left at 10:30 without being asked it we wanted an after dinner drink or desert. While we waited for our food, 3 tables were served and left before us. As we were leaving we asked the bartender to see the manager who spoke unapologetically. We were told the waiter we had was the assistant manager. No sincere apology was offered but lame excuses as to why. VERY disappointed!!' VERY poor customer service Cold steak and small portions or sea bass at a premium price. Would have left a review of less than one star if it was available. The experience left a VERY poor taste in our crawl.

Hemispheres is THE premier dining experience in the Quad Cities. The staff is exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and highly attentive. When you come to Hemispheres, be prepared to stay awhile and truly enjoy every part of your dining experience. Every single dish is cooked and created to perfection. Some favorites include the nachos (the BEST nachos you will ever have), the crab cakes, the salmon with huckleberry finishing sauce, the side carrots and risotto. You truly cannot go wrong with any item on the menu. To drink, I highly recommend the Gold Rush as well as any of their red wines. The desserts are decedent…I cannot recommend the sticky bread pudding enough. Hemispheres is truly a high class dining experience and you will not leave disappointed!

We went on an unfortunate night. A difficult private party in the next room were complicating the entire restaurants service. Regardless, the host when we walked in was too young to be as professional and on point as he was. That kid's got a future. We sat at the bar until our table was ready and the bartender managed to make us feel welcome even though she was getting raked over the coals by this party. When we were sat, Rebecca informed us that our dinner service was going to take at least 2 hours. We decided to just have apps and drinks at that point because we had other commitments. Rebecca was a treat! So positive, and kind and knew her stuff. A real catch for the management. (we observed management losing no attention to detail whatsoever as well. Impressive) We ordered the crudité platter and the Duck. Every bite of both dishes were pupil dilating good! Humus gets an honorable mention but that Spinach artichoke dip was 10 star good. Not only the best Spin dip I've ever had, but the top 3 dips of any kind, maybe top! They make it from scratch to order!! Need I say more? Just go, and plan to spend some time there, but it is absolutely worth the wait.

My absolute favorite QC restaurant. Jimmie knows what he's doing. I've never had a bad meal when he is the chef on duty. The staff is great. Todd is the best. They make you feel spoiled. The beef tenderloin, fettuccine and grilled Ceasars salad is my go to. The creme brulee is good but the sticky toffee pudding is to die for.
The smoked chicken nacho was outstanding. Great flavors, and complimented by drinks prepared right before us while seated at the bar. Service was prompt, and water always full.

Came to Hemispheres Bistro New Year's dinner tonight-a special 4 course menu. This is the 3rd year we've come here. Unfortunately tonight's experience was nothing like the last 2 years. We came to the 6pm seating. The first appetizer took 42 minutes to arrive and it's been a disaster ever since. We are packed in like sardines-a new addition this year. And I hope the fire Marshall doesn't stop by as we are seated directly in front of the fire exit. It's also freezing because every time someone opens the door and holds it open as they have we just feel the cold air blow in. I can't hear anyone speak at our table because it's so loud because there are way too many tables for the space. Truly unfortunate-the server is doing his best but the bar is failing as it takes about 30 minutes to get a drink. This was an absolute disappointment and I will never be back. They clearly got greedy this year and packed in so many tables that their kitchen couldn't handle it. I will say when the food finally did show up it was good. This has been a total disappointment but I'll be looking for a new tradition next year for sure. Oh also taking a dirty table cloth and flipping it over for the next table is not the level of cleanliness I would expect to get at this establishment but I've watched them do it twice...Spent $400 on the meal...not what I expected at all.
