Ordered 2 sandwiches in the drive thru, got home and 1 was completely wrong. Proceeded to order on DoorDash and it took over 1.5 hours to get 1 sandwich delivered. There is nothing freaky fast about that.

Placed order for delivery 1/19 6:30pm, 45 min later order tracker only showed order received. I called the store and was told there are four deliveries before mine with only one driver, it would be another 30 min- an hour( freaky fast¿ ). Asked employee on the phone if we could pick up order and was told that because we left a tip the order would have to be voided, refunded in 7-10 days, and that we would have to go back on our phone and place our order again. Very unsatisfying experience, I understand that you were busy but the offered solution was a bigger inconvenience than it could of been.. it also would of been nice to have been notified of the delay. Ended up going elsewhere for dinner due to the poor experience.

Dining in is not much of an option and whether dining in or take out...seems like long wait at times.
This place is about as typical a Jimmy John's as one can get. The interior is clean and has all the normal accoutrements to be expected on the walls. I'll never tire of "Bread so French it must be liberated!", in particular.This location is fine, it's just slowed down in recent years. I sometimes get my typical order, a slim #5 and chips, and yet will wait as long as 10 minutes occasionally. That's a ten minute wait for a sandwich that requires someone to slice the bread, put a premade serving of meat and cheese inside the bread, then wrap and bag the sandwich.Still good food though, even if it isn't "freaky fast" anymore.

Very disappointed in my delivery today. There was avocado spread and lettuce all over the bottom (neither of which were ordered on my sandwich) and I found a hair in my sandwich. I don't believe I will be returning to this location.

It's a JimmyJohns, so you know what you are going to get. I've only ever done drive-through but have been happy with the speed, customer service, and order accuracy.I got the 18x 1/3rd sandwiches for a halloween party, and they were a big hit, and correctly made and packaged.

I'm only 3 miles away from the Bettendorf location it took 45 minutes to get my food not sure what happened or why other than the driver said they were switching drivers but they should have called me and/or given me free food because my bread was soggy and must have been sitting there waiting for someone to deliver it. They should have made fresh sandwiches and on top of all that I recieved the wrong order so within my 45 minutes wait I could have gone there gotten my food come back and eaten it by then. Very disappointing. Won't use them again. I threw the food away It was that wet and soggy and not what I ordered.

Management is unprofessional. Their night shift crew is often seen messing around and being inappropriate. I’ve reported to their management that the night crew and their manager Alexis get high at work and most recently having “edibles” delivered to their store… minors were given the edibles as well!Don’t let your kid work here and I would avoid giving them your business!
