Ever wonder if you could mess up instant oatmeal with a process and system set up in a fool proof system so it makes it nearly impossible to do so? This McDonald's did it. This one keeps getting worse. Im not sure the reason but this specific McDonald's is quickly becoming the worst in the Quad Cities. Sad, as it used to be the best.

2 out of my 3 sandwiches were wrong, everything was old and had to wait almost 20 minutes to receive my order. Ive had poor service from this location many times in the past and at this point I won't be returning.

Kid at counter put her fingers inside my drink cup, then was rude after I asked for a different cup. She then proceeded to put contaminated cup back on stack.
Customer service has never been an issue at this location but my order is ALWAYS wrong. I’m always ready to wait an additional 20-30minutes for my food (even when there’s only one or two people in line). Plus, my fries are almost always served cold and my burger condiments are all over the outside of the burger. After one too many chances and a waste of money, we will find another location.

Normally I get good service here unfortunately a lady cut in front of me in line. I order on the app and pay for my food before I get to the restaurant. They tried to give the women my receipt and then processedto give her my food at the next window. She was yelling at them finally they open the window and she shoves the bag and drink back at them and they prepare her oder. When I pull up the guy asks if I had certain items that were not mine and I told him what I had and I mentioned I will not accept what the lady who rudely pulled in front of me pushed back at him. His response rudley was you can pull ahead and wait a half hour for your food. I asked for the manager. Mary who was very busy took care of everything and apologized and even brought the fresh food out herself. She doesn't need rude employees working for her.
