Ordered delivery. Only received half our order. Waited on phone for 20 minutes to discuss with facility who knew half our order was left and didn’t reach out to delivery man or myself. Had no resolution to get us rest of our order and we had to go pick it up ourself. No reimbursement of delivery fee. Worst service ever from a pizza joint

Consistently the skimpiest, worst made papa John's pizza. I like my new place but cry that I'm one street to far into this places delivery zone over the Davenport papa John's that actually makes good

I tried ordering twice during lunch. The first time it said my pizza was delivered, but in fact, it had not been. I had to call the store and they insisted the driver was there even though he was not. Next time it said 38 minute delivery time. I called when I looked at the tracker and it added an additional 28 minutes to the original time. There was no apology or attempt to remedy their error. I had to cancel the order due to length of time.

We decided to try Papa Johns again. Very disappointed. Prices have gone up considerably & sizes have gone down since 2019. You have to order a extra large to get the size of an old large. Tomato sauce tasted like tomato paste. Pizza was bland, barely warm & the crust was soggy. Our delivery was at the end of a long string of orders. We won't "bother" them by placing another order.

Love the honey Chipotle wings and the meatball pepperoni papadia with extra three cheese! Yum! They have delicious papa bowls too if you're watching your carbs.
Pretty decent pizza all around... the new bowls had to much gluten in them .... other wise the pizza and wings great for all occasions

This store went above and beyond. I had an early morning birthday party for 3 to 6 year olds. The party started at ten so I needed the pizza at the party by 10. Well Sandra was amazing and made sure I got my pizza at 9:50! It was ready when I got there. Pizza was delicious and stayed hot for the entire party. Thank you!
