I had a 50% off drink coupon on the app & it wasnt showing up on their end & told me its not working. Very poor customer service. Deb was very rude & the supervisor was not any better. Did not even offer modifying the price or anything.

They never get my order wrong and it's the same taste every time. Much unlike some local places that depend on who is making my drink because they all make it just a bit differently. I order on the app because around 7:30 a.m. during the week, they're usually very busy. I order on my way to work, stop in and my drink is ready when I get there.

Horrible customer service. My 50% off discount wasn't working. I was accused of using it already after telling them I haven't even used my rewards account once in the 2 years I've had it. The manager was so rude. Didn't want to scan it again. Told me to call some number instead of helping me out. Accusing me of lying over $4. so unprofessional.
