Worst subway experience of my life. Staff was very unprofessional and didn't know what they were doing. Gave me flatbread instead of a wrap tortilla and quality of ingredients weren't up to subway standards.

Have been trying to call the store for 30 minutes with no answer. The phone rings and rings. We have ordered 2 times now and the first time the food was wrong. Subways arent that busy anymore so there should be no reason no one can answer the phone.

Not only was my order incomplete it was also garbage. The salad should have already been thrown away the lettuce was soggy and to add insult to injury it contained a hair.The meat on our sandwiches were crumbs of beef not slices and the sandwiches were squished.Oh and did I mention that after just leaving one polite message and briefly speaking to her husbandSHE BLOCKED MEIt was $50 order I got as a treat for my grandson. I never ordered food because at 65 with a limited income it’s out of the question.I can’t believe the owner is so unprofessional and underhanded. I will be posting this on Facebook in some of my local groups, this behavior in intolerableI feel sorry for her employees, if she treats her customers like that, lord help her employees

I "used the app to skip the line", however, when I arrived at the assigned time, they had not even started the order I had already paid for. I watched them make several people's orders while I stood and waited for them to complete mine. They offered me a free drink for the wait.

Love subway but hate this place. Doesn’t seem hygienic at all, staff seems like they hate their life. Half the order was incorrect. I’ve been here a few times now and tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt. Going to look for a different franchise owner.10/10 would NOT recommend this location.

Everytime I put an order through online, I get the status update saying it's ready. When I get to the store, they haven't even started making the order so I have to stand and wait, which is what was trying to be avoided by placing the online order in the first place. Very frustrating...

placed online order, received email verification and all. when i showed up, i was told their computer system didn’t receive it, so i was informed they couldn’t make the sub i paid for ahead of time. despite my email proof it was “against their policy” to make the sandwich then and there. there was no manager on site either to refund me so i never got my money back. be wary of paying ahead.

Get some respective employees . Ordering online shouldn't be hard, to show up and receive a sandwich in a bag that looks like they used in pillow fight.
