This was by far the worst experience I have ever had dining out to eat. We chose to sit outside on the deck to enjoy the nice weather. Little did we know the umbrellas that hovered over every table outside were not secured to the deck or table. 15 minutes into our dining experience a gust of wind picked up a near by umbrella from the table behind us and shot the pole of then umbrella directly into my fiance's neck hitting her extremely hard leaving her dazed and bruised. I immediately asked for the owner to see if he could be of any assistance. He came to our table and the first thing he said was "things happen" and told us a story of how his brother died the night before falling off a cliff. He than walked away without apologizing leaving us very confused and shocked from what he said. He returned minutes later with butter knifes that he pried in between the table and the umbrella pole trying to fill the gap in the middle of the table so the umbrella was more secure. Like that was going to solve the problem... He walked away again without apologizing. I tracked him down once more and asked of there was anyway he could comp the meal. He said there is no way he would comp the meal and that my fiance wasn't even that hurt. As if he is a doctor who has the ability to properly analyze the situation. He then explained to me there was nothing he could do and he cant control gusts of wind. I explained that he should have had the poles properly secured to the deck or table and he rudely walked away from me. The manager told us she would comp our meal and we declined explaining it was not her fault. The experience was by far the worst experience all of us have every had eating out. The owner could not have been more rude and disrespectful. Not caring at all about my fiance or her wound. Not caring at all about the traumatizing experience we all went through at his hand in his establishment.STAY FAR AWAY!!To add to this review. The manager told us to leave and she would pay for our meal. So we left only to have the Bettendorf police department call and threaten my youngest brother on his cell phone, stating they would come find him and make sure he was arrested for leaving without paying. The Bettendorf police sided with the owner and threatened my brother and family, trying to intimidate and threaten us. I'm not sure if the manager was let go or not. My mom and finance went back and paid for our meal only to be cussed out by the owner once more.

Just wanna start with saying the waitress was amazing…..??Just gonna keep it real the food was nasty I ordered the bacon explosion burger…the bacon jam tasted stale and over cooked and the beer cheese was straight can cheese from the store and didn’t taste like beer cheese at all very disappointing even the waitress said the owner was sketchy this place needs to get some REAL COOKS in the kitchen…..

I approved a charge of 39.75 but my credit card charges show 46.75. apparently the waiter did not think my tip was large enough. So I know what's my next step? Bettendorf police? Better Business bureau? I guess I'll call the manager and see how that works out.

We had a group of 9 (ages 10-63) stop in about 10pm on a Saturday. We had the ABSOLUTE best time! The food was great, our server was awesome and the owner was so much fun! We sang, danced and took tons of pictures and videos. I highly recommend this restaurant! We will most definitely go back when we are in the area again. Thank you for a great experience!

So glad we stopped in!Saw pictures of the food on my Google Maps, and was wanting a cocktail with some good food… this hit all the spots.I did ask our server for my cocktail to be topped off with a little more tequila, but I appreciate that it was served in a short glass (most places serve in tall glass). The egg rolls and grilled chicken sandwich were top notch, also enjoyed the crispy sweet potato fries.Friendly service and attentive, served with a smile and some humor! Will be stopping back in next time I’m in town!Parking: Most parking is reserved for surrounding businesses. However, there is a steep little slope down the parking lot to the right once you pull in that is open parking. We arrived on a Friday noon hour during lunch, and had to park down the slope.

Treehouse Pub & Eatery, 2239 Kimberly Road, Bettendorf - During a March 1 visit, an inspector noted that raw ground beef was stored above lettuce in the walk-in cooler, risking cross-contamination. Also, pulled pork was stored in a hot-holding unit and was measured at only 110 degrees - too cool to ensure its safety. In addition, refrigerated drawers were holding various foods at 45 to 46 degrees, which was above the maximum of 41 degrees, and several temperature-sensitive foods, such as cottage cheese, coleslaw and pasta salad, were stored at 45 to 48 degrees and had to be discarded. The inspector also reported that "the majority of prepared food dishes and open packages of commercially processed food products" had no date markings on them - a violation that had been noted during previous inspections. The inspector also found a container of pasta salad that had been prepared on Feb. 21, and a container of creamy garlic dressing that had been prepared Feb. 9. Both items, which were past their seven-day limit, were discarded. A food slicer was marred by leftover dried food debris, and the interior of the large reach-in cooler, the interior of the main food-prep table, and the interior of the pizza-prep table were all noted to be soiled with a buildup of food debris. In addition, two trays of cooked chicken breasts were seen sitting out at room temperature. "Today is the third routine inspection in a row where date-marking practices have been marked as out of compliance," the inspector reported. On March 13, the inspector returned and reported ongoing violations with regard to date-markings: "Several prepared products observed being held in the walk-in cooler for longer than 24 hours without proper date-marking (pasta salad, house-made dressing, cooked chicken wings, coleslaw, etc.)." The inspector also reported that the interior of the pizza prep cooler "still has a buildup of food debris along the bottom of the unit and grime along the shelves."
