My 5 kids and I went drive thru lunch doesn't really matter what I ordered the issue was I get to the window my bill was 67 and some change I hand him 4 twenty dollar bills he looks at me and says he can't except it as it's over 50 the points to a sign that says do not except bills over 20 I said that's good there all twenties but apparently he said it was the denomination. This company is going under fast and such a shame was a amazing institution to bettendorf. But for me I'll be glad to see it go we could always use another car wash!! Good luck!!

My wife and I went inside to eat. The drink machine was so dirty we had to wash our hands after we used it. When we went to sit we couldn't find a clean table. And I mean fries and smears of ketchup etc... there was nobody but us inside and only 2 cars in drive thru so they weren't busy. Instead of cleaning we watched half the crew holding up the wall on their phones. Including the manager!

I got a son of baconator meal and only a single cheese burger no bacon this is beyond ridiculous not to mention I got 2 frosty 1 was supposed to be large and the other was a sampler frosty they didn't have vanilla and when I called to get it fixed they phone number don't work

Dry, stale, lifeless food. Frosties still taste okay. Kinda deserted in there. Employees are welcoming enough but seem like they’d rather be anywhere else. It’s a fast food joint, don’t expect it to be any good, because it’s garbage.

This was the 5th time I've ordered a Jr cheeseburger only ketchup and it has came with bacon. I'm not entirely sure if this is because the bacon Jr cheeseburger costs more or they're just very bad at hearing. But it's honestly ridiculous and they've lost my business.

A worker there named Pam made me very uncomfortable. While ordering she was rushing me and then i asked for ranch but she just walked away so my boyfriend asked her again and all she said was “i heard her” very rudely. As i left i looked in the bag and there was only ONE ranch. That is not enough for even an infant.

Oh where to begin. From the rude 60 year old women on the morning shift. To the childish afternoon shift, that pick fights with customers as well as each other. In front of children I might add. Ownership that does not care, hiring anyone with a pulse in the name of keeping the doors open...$...Probably wondering why they can't hire good people at $7.25 an hour. It really leaves a customer wondering why they keep returning. Go to Culvers. It's right down the street, the food is better and the staff is actually friendly.

I have never had such a horrible experience with any fast food restaurant in my life! They got my order wrong multiple times. I live 20 minutes away, they tell me to drive all the way back to get it fixed. It would have cost me more in gas to get it. The management was horrible to deal with. It took 5 phone calls to speak to the general manager to just get coupons to even get what I wanted. Seriously the worst customer service I have ever had. I am never going back to that location.
