This motel is what you would expect. Very dated, thin walls, but an okay stay. The rooms have been noticebly updated and decorated which was nice and help justify the cost. No amenities like a pool, gym, or hot breakfast but there is an attached restaurant that is unfortunately closed on Sundays so that was not an option. We picked it due to its proximity to a wedding venue and options were limited but it worked for one night.

Rooms: Very comfortable beds with hard and soft pillows.There was no carpet in our room which was great.Food & drinks: At the Restaurant we had a ribeye steak sandwich and a fish sandwich. Excellent food and service. Large sandwiches. The price was very reasonable.Noteworthy details: Just traveling through to go home, stayed just the night.

The TV is way too small. It’s set on a wall hanger clear in the corner of the room up by the ceiling and the screen is very old and extremely small. Very hard to see.Also there is NO free breakfast. Better off staying next door. Bigger and nicer tvs, hot breakfast served every day.Also hot water for showers is not very hot. Had to run straight hot and it still wasn’t hot enough.Also towels are very cheap and small.Also restaurant next door/attached is closed on Sundays and Mondays.The vast majority of positive reviews are for the grill, which should be separated. This gives a false narrative of the actual quality of the motel.

When I stay in Bloomfield, I stay at Southfork. Super comfy beds and very clean rooms. I swear it was like they ironed the sheets into the bed it was so perfect. This was the second time coming through town; both times I've stayed here. My favorite part is the attached restaurant with plenty of options and decent prices. Friendly faces, top-notch service, A-1 in my book. Well deserving of 5 stars ?????

I've stayed here a couple of times. Could not have asked for more. Was nice, clean and had everything I needed. Easy to book a room. The price is right. The people behind the desk were very nice, and helpful. The built in restaurant is very convenient. I would definitely stay here again. But, Peanut the dog isn't there to greet customers anymore.
