I ordered a mobile order that had breakfast items on it and I was still charged for those items but when I was refused my items at the drive though as it was 2 minutes passed breakfast when I personally arrived to the location I asked for a refund and was told to go though the app for it but yet every source and including the app all say that the location of the purchase is responsible for the refund and it cannot be done through the app and I told this to the individual at the window and yet was still told that it would load onto the app and yet it never did, so to summarize my experience I got robbed of my money.

The service here is terrible. I’m a door dasher so I’m there a lot picking up orders. Not only do they take a ridiculous amount of time to make Doordash orders and continuously put the food in the Doordash bagging area for it to sit for on average 10-15 minutes, meanwhile the workers are on their phones and I’ve even witnessed one sit down on the ground. But I’ve also observed a lot of poor customer service. I see people stand at the counter waiting for an employee to take their order and they will just look at them and look away and go do something else. I myself and other people have also had to stand at the counter for forgotten items to be completely ignored by the employees when all was needed was a sweet and sour sauce or a drink cup. I get it, they get busy. It’s the poppin place in town. But they use that as an excuse for unacceptable service and poor treatment towards their guests.

I have been having problems with the night shift at this location for weeks. Every time I dine here there is something wrong. Tonight, the worker in the window looked at me and told me everything was in the bag. I was in a hurry to get home because I needed to get ready for work. I checked to make sure the correct items and number of fries were present. I get home and tell my daughter that there is food since I wasn't able to cook dinner, and she takes a bite of the fries before spitting into the trash. I asked her what was wrong and she said it tasted old. I have a feel of the fry carton and noticed that it was the same temp as the room. I was going to give her my fries, but they were cold as well. I tell her that we can just deal with it and eat the other things. I take out my chicken nuggets and give my daughter her sandwich only to find that I had 8 out of 10 nuggets and no sweet and sour sauce (I paid for extra). I decided that this was unacceptable, got back in my car, and made the 1 minute drive to return the food. I let the workers know that I wasn't going to yell and cause a scene because a family was present, but the level of service I have been receiving on late nights was unacceptable. I didn't raise my voice. I didn't use foul language. I simply expressed my displeasure at the crew member telling me everything was in the bag when NOTHING he was responsible for putting in the bag was in the bag. I asked him how he managed to Miss the shiny green tops on the sauce, and the only white things (straws) in the bag. This, according to him, made him feel disrespected, and I told him that I didn't mean to be disrespectful, but it's disrespectful to serve people the food I received. He told me that he could remake the food, but he wouldn't be disrespected, and I told him I didn't want to talk about it anymore, and a remake would be fine. He continued to attempt to escalate the situation to the point that I asked him if he had other customers to serve because I was not going to apologize for being wronged. At this point, I just asked for a refund and he stated that he didn't have to give me one because I was being disrespectful. I advised him that he was incorrect, and I would be leaving with my $22. He decided that the correct thing to do would be to call the police. I waited, and eventually received a refund, but I took the time to write this review just to make the Boone McDonald's aware that I may just be one person, but I'd rather not eat at all than interact with another member of their night crew. I might just stop eating there entirely. I might be healthier for it. I will be following up on this with corporate because I was treated like I did something wrong for expressing displeasure with consistent errors. If I could leave negative stars I would.

Average McDonald’s- can be slow when they are “busy”. Even if you order from the app and pickup or get curbside, it can take awhile. But I’d still recommend ordering through the app. That stated, pretty average experience. Decently clean inside the times I’ve been here.
