Milkshakes aren't even blended and simple requests like "extra ketchup" seems to be a difficult subject to grasp. It's odd I'd ever suggest going to a Hyvee gas station for better burgers and service, but it's worth it

It would not have been bad at the Burlington, Iowa one if they would listen and get what you order. I love when ordering a kids meal of chicken nuggets because I have had the Bariatric Sleeve and can't eat that much and they give you an 8 piece chicken nuggets meal instead and get charged for that. Obviously there was a reason I was ordering a kids meal.

It is reasonable I can get two meals for $10 and I didn't even eat the french fries and they always the french fries always come out hot and fresh and you can taste the salt on them which is good food sandwiches are great food services great in a location is a good placeKid-friendliness: They are kid friendly they have at least when I last went was 2 years ago they had a play area and it was sectioned off from the regular dining but the kids get eaten there and playParking: They have parking for at least 20 cars at least and it could be even more than thatWheelchair accessibility: Ah the wheelchair accessibility is by the doors that you go in the parking is also made so that there's room for the vehicle and for you to get out in your wheelchair and you don't have far to go to the door
It's supposed to be fast food, however after waiting in line for over 10 minutes going through the drive-through. With three cars in front of me, we never moved. Left without food, the employee was rude. The management needs to get their crap together. Worst Burger King ever! Stay away if you're in Burlington Iowa it's s***

This store is a hit or miss. Sometimes service is great and other times it could use a lot of work. The food is pretty mediocre compared to other BK's I've been to. It seems like the employees don't really care about their jobs or the employees. I also give cleanliness of the store 3 stars. But the atmosphere is good.

Like everything else, Things are getting smaller and prices are going higher It is what it is.On my last visit , the burgers had way too much condiments inside so that when I bit into the Burger it dripped out on onto my shirt .
