Ordered a half Supreme half meat lovers, there was no pepperoni on the pizza, when there is supposed to be, mainly sausage and vegetables tonight for supper, and it was the worst pizza I have gotten from Casey's. Maybe I should have ordered from Summer Street instead of the West Ave location. Never will I ever order from the West Ave location again. I will be calling and complaining about this. Very rude staff all together, called and ordered over the phone and very rude young man on the other end. The delivery drive basically ran onto our front porch, threw the pizza at my husband, didn't say anything, and ran off my front porch. Worst food and service I have ever got from Casey's.

I ordered a taco pizza from the west avenue location. They only gave me 4 packets of taco sauce. Who in there right mi d thinks that is enough for a large pizza. Either the company is screwing their customers or the employee us screwing us. Either way I am left with out the proper toppings for my pizza.

Sell individual slices of Pizza that our old to people, Terrible. Assistant Manager even approved to charge me one. Terrible. Please go to another Casey's. Store Manager needs to read.

Well this is normally my favorite store but in the last year alone it has went down. It wouldnt be so bad if it was just the rude cashier who doesnt even smile, or the bathrooms just smell like sewer. But when its all that combined with seeing a right next to the cashier then i think you need to take care of your store better.

I called to put in an order and the guy was really rude and just as I was about to say my order he hung up on me this is the first time ever happened to me at this store we order there all the time and never happen till now

After midnight poor customer service the cashier who is black spend more texting on his phone than taking care of the customers I had 2 wait 10 minutes 2 be served
My go-to place before work to get my addiction — a Sprite each morning and my favorite flavored cigars, Exotic Berry Cheyenne's. I recommend this location whether in Burlington, Fort Madison, or Keokuk. Have a blessed day!! ?
