I used the drive-thru only so stars for atmosphere. Service would have been 5 Stars if it weren't for the fact that they won't deliver to my house and I only live 5 mins away. The food, speed of service and pricing is all 5 star for sure, makes driving there to pick it up myself worth the extra 10 mins round trip.

Went through the drive through to pick up what I ordered on the app and everything was spot on. I worked for Jimmy John's for awhile when I was in college a lot of years ago (a whole lot). Pretty sure it was me who got them known for their "freaky fast delivery".? I do love their sandwiches. Billy Club is my favorite. It's not easy to get to their location here but worth the hassle for sure. Highly recommend it and probably most all locations because their guidelines are tight. Loved my sandwich plus that Cajun chicken wrap was spicy good ?

This place used to have great service but every time I go no matter what my order is always made wrong. I’ve tried drive-thru and I’ve also tried placing an order. Customer service has gone downhill as well. Very disappointing.

Rude employee! Lady with red hair at the window Aug 5 at 3:07pm.Ordered three sandwiches, one at the window two separate pickup orders due to how we were paying. She made a comment about “order them all together next time”. She had an attitude from the get go. Why work in customer service if you’re going to have an attitude with your paying customers?

Great sandwich. The guys working were about to close but they let me sit and eat my meal as they were cleaning up! They were extremely nice to let me sit and eat the last 25 mins before they closed.

The food is always great and the customer service is wonderful. I just went through the drive-thru today and they sang my dog Happy Birthday before loading both pups up with some treats. It was the sweetest thing ever and put the biggest smile on my face! Their booties haven't stopped wiggling since we left. Thanks for making 3 happy customers today!

The people make the difference. They are ALWAYS friendly and yesterday, they even showed compassion. My mom was having a bad day. One of those days where everything just goes wrong. We went to the Burlington Jimmy John's drive thru to pick up our app orders. The female voice that came through the speaker asked, "How are you doing today?" My mom answered, "Not too good today, actually." To which the female voice replied, "I'm so sorry to hear that. What can I get started for you?" After letting her know we were picking up app orders and being told to pull forward to the window, we were surprised by 3 extra oatmeal raisin cookies being sent out the window with our orders. The girl - I should've gotten her name - said, "I hope this brightens your day a little." It was just 3 cookies but it meant SO much! This act of kindness made my mom's day! Just goes to show that even the smallest acts of kindness can make a big difference in someone's day. It doesn't have to cost much or anything at all. Just showing you care goes a LONG way. And to be clear, this JJ's was my favorite location before yesterday's event. I even sent them a Thank You card a while back because they have the friendliest and best service. They go above and beyond for their customers.
