Worst McDonalds for service bar none. Waited 25 minutes after I ordered to get breakfast sandwich and coffee, never received the coffee. Never will go there again.

I truly don't understand how either of these McDonald's are open. Takes to long to get food inside and out, it's usually cold by the time you get it. Ordering online saves you absolutely no time at all.

This was such a positive McDonald's experience! We dealt with 3 employees, who were all so helpful and kind. Even if something wasn't necessarily their assigned task, they'd jump in and help. For example, a girl had to step away from the register, so man stepped in to help. Our app coupon had an issue, but he happily worked it out for us. A young lady who was mopping went out of her way to answer a question about the new sauce. We enjoyed our visit so much!

This place is a joke. They all want u to use there app and wait 15 to 20 mins. Went through it the last 2 weeks. They think they deserve 15 dollars an hour and it isn't fast food. They were all scared when i went in and called them out.

The mcdonalds on the north end of Roosevelt in Burlington Iowa is absolutely garbage, always have u pull forward to wait on your order but let 5 to 10 cars go thru after while your waiting. I ordered and paid for my food and you serve everyone else and then me who paid first... plus they only allow one car in drive thru at a time after 9pm

Worst service ever. Waited 15 minutes to get a dine in order. Tables were dirty. Trash was overflowing. There were just as many customers coming back in with either a wrong order or something missing as there were ordering. Customers getting upset and leaving.

Went inside to get iced tea to go because drive in lines were long. I should've stayed in the car. It would've been faster. Apparently mcdelivery orders take precedence over customers in person.I do have to say the few employees were working as fast as they could.
You go to McDonald's because you know exactly what to expect. It's not subpar to any other McDonald's out there. Majority of the time I don't have an issue with the service. Never got a wrong order at this location but I have been close to in the drive through, gave the smaller bag a look and the worker knew it wasn't the right order. Didn't even touch the bag and they got me the right order.

Somehow a burrito combo, and 2 sausage biscuits turns into 3 biscuits an a hashbrown because every worker here is completely incompetent. If you want your order messed up everytime you order, come to this mcdonalds. If you want what you order, go to the north side of town.
