Ordered quarterpounder deluxe. Was over cooked put together upside down, so Bottom Bun was all soggy. Cold frys. Way too much mayo and ketchup. The ingredients say nothing about ketchup. That's just nasty. If I wanted mayo and ketchup, I would have ordered it that way. So gross had to throw away. And no, I could not go back or trust me. I would have demanded a refund and went somewhere else

The delivery woman was AMAZING she did such a good job I ordered and PAYED FOR so much extra sauces and just asked for ketchup I got half our order and NO sauce at all. I get if your busy take your time make sure it's right I don't mind waiting a few more minutes.. I never complain like this ever! But the one time I use door dash and may probably 10$ in extra sauce on purpose and I get NONE missing out chocolate milk and a cheeseburger too. I got 5 children they wanted what they wanted. Honestly disappointed

My boyfriend and I had went this morning (February 4th, 2024) after a meeting at work, the women taking our order, who happened to be a manager had cut him off 3 times, “are you ready yet?” was her words right when he told her give us a minute. when we went to the window, she snatched the money out of his hands. it was very upsetting that she had to be rude. wish i would’ve asked for her name, usually has a name of the cashier on the receipt.
Never got to order so never got food they lost 8 cars for making people wait to take there orders and then I called to talk to someone like a are u guys alright type thing she's like we are short staffed I get that but passed the window two people up there and one a tea urn in there the other was leaning couldn't tell if they was doing anything tho but it's that way at night all the time something gotta give good is good but when u r a driver can't wait 20 minutes for food or even ten to get ur order taken I told the lady call ur boss and tell her to come help

This location has been notoriously slow for a long time. Recently, however, they seem to be trying to speed things up in the drive-through. They change is noticeable. I'll update with a higher Service score if this trend continues.

Sad everytime I go shake machine is down.Parking: Drive thru was very busy 6 pull up spots full plus a few extra people were pulled aside too. The gentlemen were very polite and got food out as quick as possible.
