It's very welcoming, clean and a overall friendly vibe. The employees are very helpful and quick. It's a bit expensive, but we'll worth it. I had their broccoli and cheese soup with bread. It was definitely one of my favorites that I've had. I strongly recommend this restaurant to everybody.

Everything was fine except the fact that the lady that took our order never asked about sides and was clearly not happy to be there. I had a bagel with my order, the last time I was here I had ordered the same thing and the person had asked about cream cheese, the lady today just straight up ignored any other questions about anything and everything. I understand working in food and with/for people is a bit much but at least try.

What sets this establishment apart from the competition is the exceptional service provided by the friendly and professional workers. Additionally, customers can always expect their food to be hot, fresh, and visually appealing, with menu items that actually look like the pictures. The restaurant is always clean and well-maintained, providing a pleasant atmosphere for guests to enjoy their meals. Overall, Panera Bread consistently delivers high-quality food and service, which is why it deserves a five-star rating.
We walked in at 7:45pm, I didn’t realize they close at 8pm. We were ignored by the staff due to them closing up. An employee finally took our order and told us they close at 8pm so we need to take it Togo. I ordered and paid for a soda. The soda machine was already closed down. I guess they should put a sign on the door. We close at 8pm so no orders after 7:30pm. The girl taking the orders was very rude. The girl at the pick up window was very nice.

This is an excellent Panera location. I feel like it receives more care and attention than most other Paneras. It is seen as a premier health food option in Burlington amongst a see off greasy burger joints. That's not to say Burlington doesn't have some fantastic restaurants, but most of them are not geared towards the health conscious. Awesome options here for meat lovers and vegetarians alike. Every dish is tasty and refreshing. It is quite expensive though for what you get. It's good every once in a while not all the time unless you have deep pockets.
