My review is based on an issue I had with a coupon I tried to use and they wouldn’t let me. Long story short, I had called corporate 2 or 3 times to complain about it and to have the store manager call me. About 2 weeks later (after I had called corporate again), I spoke with a woman named Emily. I think she was a shift manager or something of that sort. Come to find out that their store manager had quit approximately 2-3 weeks prior, so she apologized that no one had gotten ahold of me. I didn’t even need to explain what the issue was....she just immediately put a free pizza on my account for whenever we ordered next. I had been frustrated for a couple weeks that the issue wasn’t getting resolved and no one seemed to care. Emily assured me that she was grateful to have me as a customer and would fix the problem to keep me coming back. Papa John’s is lucky to have Emily as an employee. I even told her over the phone that she did the right thing (since I had previously worked at a similar pizza restaurant as well and knew how to make customers happy and make things right so they’ll come back.) Thank you very much, Emily! I could tell that you cared about me and my problem. Because of you, I will definitely continue being a regular repeat customer. :)

Food is good but now that they have started using Door-Dash to deliver the food I am done ordering from them. The food shows up late and this last time the driver had a cigarette hanging out of his mouth while he gave me my pizza. Hopefully the other pizza places don't follow suit of using Door-Dash.
