This place is a joke, do not bet with them. I misplaced my three winning tickets as we couldn’t go in to cash in due to Corona Virus. I did take pictures of the tickets like I used to in Vegas and had zero problems redeeming. I have the barcode/receipt in a picture, they can tell that no one has cashed it in yet the refuse to pay me!!! Their customer service is the worst ever. Trust me find a more reputable sports book!
