Worst customer service we've experienced in a long time. Our sandwiches were a mess and missing ingredients. Maybe more focus on what product you've got leaving your establishment than socializing with coworkers would help.

Food is always good the workers teenagers shouldn't not work at night they messed up our food 3x finally just ask for our money back and they refunded us someone else's ticket that was 4 dollars short of what we paid. She got very rude with us with a major attitude like she didn't care.

In all my years of eating Subway and even working 5+ years for this company, the current evening staff have really run this location down. The employees are very unprofessional, can clearly hear them joking around inappropriately, always forgetting parts of orders, and overall just a lack of care for the customer's satisfaction. The drive thru is convenient, but if you want your food made right, it's worth driving to another location.

I would rate this location a minus star if possible. Stood waiting 5 minutes for someone to take my order, seems employees were to busy going in and out of the restroom for some reason. This was a second chance try for this location and now I see I made the right decision just to go to Jimmy John's.

The staff was very nice, the food was ok. We got subway salads, and in a Subway in Oquawka, Illinois, they put everything in a bowl after you choose your veggies, etc, and cut it all up with a rolling cutter. They evidently don't do that here. It was not as good or mixed up. And I truly think Subway has gotten way too expensive for the quality of food.

Next time you want to run your mouth about a mom breastfeeding you should probably be more subtle about it. Also restrooms had no changing area.

Love the food and service but the drive-thru touch screen interface leaves a lot to be desired. It's time-consuming, glitchy and you are unable to make any special requests like sauces or condiments on the side.

Service is excellent and the people are very friendly and they made your food right in front of you the way you want it and as much as you want on your sandwich and make sure you are satisfied with the food and ask if you want chips or drink or cookies and the cookies are delicious I love the way subway food tastes it excellent foodKid-friendliness: They have mates for the kids to color on and they have drinks for the kids and sandwiches for the kids toys with the meal and they really like making My kids food and then they are very patient to see what they want on the sandwich and make sure it what they wantParking: No crowded parking lot and there is cameras for security so you don't get your car robbed if you do they got them on cameraWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible right up on the sidewalk in the door very easily and plenty room in side to move around and right up to order your food and still see what you are ordering

Two of the employees provide a very toxic working environment when working there. It caused me depression, self-harm, and a lot of therapy.The morning shift workers are amazing however, because they gave me most support or help even if I forgot to do something.I'm not saying this to have nobody work there or to have nobody be there to order what they want to order. I'm only saying this for you to be aware of the work environment there if this somehow happens to you to.

Very slow at drive through today but I am sure it was due to employee shortages. My rotisserie chicken and bacon bowl was well with the wait however!
