The local food they serve and the atmosphere is the reason to come here. The burgers are juicy and cooked just right. The local dairy cheese curds are so delicious. Especially with the Bloody Mary ketchup! The beer on tap changes out regularly so you can try different ones all the time.
During a work trip to Iowa, the winter storm closed everything downtown except the Som, where we had an exceptional experience. The crab rangoon nachos and pretzel appetizers were delightful, and everyone in our party raved about their burgers. I opted for the children pot pie (not sure why it’s called that), and it was delicious. The exceptional service from our waitress added to the overall positive experience. Definitely would come back – highly recommended!

This is a great restaurant. They're open almost every day for long hours which is convenient. Have great and variety menu items. There's usually something new all the time. It's in a great location with great parking available. Both my wife and I enjoy this restaurant. This is the first or second place that we take them to eat out. Just a good place overall for the Burlington area
