I want to love it but I don't. I have tried different items all of which have left me unhappy.I asked for a Chai latte blended. I was told they don't make them blended only hot or iced. So I accepted an iced. I thought I was drinking Chalk. Picture of the Chai.I tried a blended caramel Frappuccino. Was not happy the first time so i tried it again to give it another chance. Great place friendly service! Only thing is on weekends they NEED to have 2 people or more working they always are extremely busy and only 1 person working seems like. Also they need to list the different flavors of energy drinks they use to have a sign but not anymore. But all in all worth the wait on the weekends! I will always come back for more energy drinks and coffee!!

The reason for less stars is because someone who buys one drink per visit gets a punch each time, but I go and buy 2 or more and only recieve 1 punch also. You would think you would keep it 1 punch per drink to keep it fair, but I get punished for buying more than one per visit. Usually places reward for spending more not punish. Don't go here much anymore for that reason.
