Stopped in for lunch. I got the brisket roast beef sandwich. It was very good. The reason I gave the service a 3 star was due to when I ordered the food I waited roughly 15 minutes to receive my food. From what I could hear the cook had made my sandwich but placed it in the wrong wrapper so the server had placed that in a to go order for drive through. I usually really enjoy Arby's. I was a bit disappointed in the food, it was adequate. The atmosphere was barely ok. The staff really didn't care about keeping the place clean. The worst was the guy that took our order. No hello at all, he just stood there at the register and gazed around the room. He took the order when I told him what I wanted, but I could hardly understand him. Absolutely zero PR. If he has to work there, put him in the back, not with the customers. We hadn’t eaten at Arby’s in forever and it’ll be forever before we probably eat there again. Arby’s claims, “We Have the Meats“ but I went to order a ham n Swiss, and was told they don’t have ham anymore,☹️. Maybe it was just that particular restaurant, but the food was not very enjoyable and the restaurant was not the cleanest.
