The young lady working was very efficient, very nice & Did a good job. this was 1-31 -24 about 5pm. Very friendly.However the mount of Icecream in my 2 Gotta have its' was lacking for this size. More like a love it amount. Anyway your ice cream is great & I buy alot, and still will. But you need to figure out the proper amount of icecream.to put in. Thanks.

The guy working today was very sweet and helpful. I don't come here very often and he answered all my questions. He was very talkative and said he's only been here a few months he did an amazing job when they got busy he was alone but wasn't flustered. I think his name wasJake? I didn't get a good look at his name tag.

My wife and I arrived at 8:56. This place is open until 9:00. The employee told us, "Hey guys, we close at 9, and since we have these people in front of you (two people), you guys are going to have to go." Then she waved her hand for us to leave. So, after driving 20 minutes to get ice cream, we had to go somewhere else. WOW!

This store skimps on the mix-ins for delivery orders. We don't get expensive desserts often but over the last year or so, this is the third time in a row we have ordered extra mix-ins from this store for delivery (in this case, double extra mix-ins, meaning triple normal quantity because they skimped on them the last couple times) and received less than what I would call a standard single serving, from what I witness when we are standing at the counter. It was difficult to even find them. At most, there were 5 MAYBE 6 peanut butter cups in a triple-pint order with supposedly triple mix-ins (their largest take home family size, according to the app) when a regular "love it" I've seen receives at least 2 for a single serving. Couldn't even find much peanut butter sauce, which we also ordered extra and for the same reason. I always let it go the first time but after 3 times, they either don't read the orders or are just being cheap. I don't know if they think we are stupid or just won't say anything but if you don't want bad reviews, don't charge a premium price for extras and then give less product. And yes, it is pretty sad and comical that people were sifting through ice cream counting pb cup ridges but I didn't want there to be a "you just didn't notice them" type of thing.

We stopped by Coldstone yesterday to get a little treat, including a pint to take home for later, which I understandably didn't open in the store because I trust that when I order a whole pint I will get a whole pint of ice cream. I should have opened it in store because when we opened the pint yo have some later the container was almost half empty.

Visited on 6/10/23 between 1:30pm-1:45pm. Staff was friendly & efficient. Only downside is the prices for what you get. $6 + tax for a small dish.

I ordered the peanut butter/chocolate ice-cream cake. I messed up the order pick-up day. So I called the next day and they were able to meet my pick-up day. It only was an hour later than originally planned, which was great! It was Delicious!

I ordered pink lemonade ice cream with gummy bears through door dawn. When I received my order it was pink lemonade ice cream with gummy bears, sprinkles, strawberries, marshmallows and some sort of white chocolate chips maybe? The receipt on the order was correct so there was no reason for it to be so messed up. Gross. Will not be going here again.
