Just went through. Miranda is the name on my receipt. Her hands were FILTHY like she hasn't washed them nor worn gloves for hours. The man she was training mumbled so I do appreciate her getting on the drive thru but when I pulled up it took them nearly 5 minutes to take payment from a card, then she handed me the drinks and they were sticky and covered on the outside by soda and syrup. Her hands were absolutely FILTHY so I know others are NOT WASHING HANDS here. Will not come back. They also forgot to give us spoons so couldn't even eat my ice cream if I wanted to. Not gonna risk food poisoning. If the owner of this location would like I have this all on dash cam. Will be calling health department as this is a serious hazard to public health. Food went in trash as my partner and I didn't even want to turn around. We do not live in CF and weren't gonna waste our time.

Ordered a lot of food and they didn't give us lids for blizzards so it was a hell of a mess by the time we were home ?Parking: There is never enough room. They need to expand the parking lot!

Ordered a large mint oreo blizzard. Got an error blizzard with only the top 1/4 of it with a little mint flavor. Waste of time and money. How hard is it to put a few squirts of mint flavor on the bottom as well? I'll wait for the local places to open up again in a couple of months. They pay more attention to detail.

Usually enjoy Dairy Queen but after walking in at 4:30 to a manager yelling at a coworker over improper training it made me feel too bad to even wait for them to get to us at the counter. I hope being yelled at by the people training you for not being trained is not the experience employees should expect.
